Phi Chi Theta has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth, helping me develop key skills in leadership, communication, and project management. When I joined with Zeta Class, one of my biggest challenges was a lack of interview experience—I often felt unsure and unprepared. Through mock interviews, feedback, and mentorship within the fraternity, I was able to build confidence and improve my overall ability to sell myself as a top candidate. Thanks to Phi Chi Theta, I now approach interviews with much greater confidence.

Our purpose is to promote the cause of higher business education and training for all individuals, to foster high ideals for everyone pursuing a career in business; to encourage fraternity and cooperation among people preparing for such careers; and to stimulate the spirit of sacrifice and unselfish devotion to the attainment of such ends.
